Bay Roberts is located on Route 70 on the North Shore of Conception Bay. It is considered to be the centre for providing major transportation, distribution, and service to the Avalon Peninsula and surrounding areas. Bay Roberts is just
10 km from the Veterans Memorial Highway, which exits unto
the Trans Canada Highway and 90 km west of St. John's, the capital city of Newfoundland.
